The annual Edgewater Neighborhood Garage sales will be held the first Saturday in May.

The map will also be published on Facebook, on NextDoor, and physical copies will be available in the neighborhood at Harlem and Auburn (near the neighborhood sign) and at Cumberland and Auburn. We'll also promote the sales with an ad in the Rockford Register Star.

For those of you visiting Edgewater for the first time, we're a neighborhood of alleys, and many of the garage sales will be held in garages in those alleys! In our neighborhood, the alleys run NORTH to SOUTH (parallel to Cumberland, Melrose, Oxford, etc.) and you enter/exit the alleys from the streets that run EAST to WEST (Ellis, Cottage Grove, Harper, Brown, Fulton, etc.). Every street has sidewalks and the neighborhood is quite compact, so parking once and making your way from sale to sale on foot is not only encouraged, it's easy and pleasant! See you soon!
